With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry at premier brands like Marriott and Hilton, we’ve built our careers on delivering exceptional service, streamlining logistics, and solving complex challenges with practical, people-first solutions.

Over the past 9 years, we’ve worked extensively in storm relief operations, where we’ve seen firsthand how critical it is for first responders to receive lodging and food accommodations as quickly and as close to the affected area as possible. Partnering with numerous agencies, we identified key gaps — especially around manual processes — that consumed valuable time and delayed support.

To solve this, we launched Swift Response, a cutting-edge logistics platform that automates hotel assignments, crew notifications, and real-time tracking for large-scale emergency deployments. By eliminating spreadsheets and outdated systems, we help teams redirect their focus to what matters most: supporting the crews on the ground and speeding up recovery efforts.
